We will not harm any ingoing vessels to the U.S. as long as they allow us to determine that they contain no weapons, but we cannot vouch for the safety of the ships once they attempt to leave. If you insist on carrying on trade with the U.S., which we discourage, we will try to differentiate between your vessels and theirs, but there is a good chance they will be impounded.


The British Navy is moving to a bloackade of the U.S. under the conditions outlined above. The military upgrade is being sped up, and fortifications continue. This has dropped the economy to booming.

I believe that your best course of action at this point would be to withdraw your claims to Central America, and return to your previous borders. France will not push the conflict farther.

To Britain:
As France is not yet at war with America, and the people of our republic do not will it, we will continue trade with America until such time as hostilities commence. France will not be pleased with any British interference, though we welcome the gesture against our common enemies: American Imperialism and the UCA. Thank you.

We should not try to take control of the whole country, only force them to surrender. We want to stop their aggression and avoid future aggression from them, not conquer them.
