Finland - a former province of Russia that has great respect towards the Russian people and culture - doesn't want war with it's good ole' neighbour and friend. Why would you want war with us?

Stalin was selfish and cowardly bowing under the German threat. We aren´t. Our people will live free, and their brothers and sisters in the other countries hope to be freed too. You invaded Eastern Europe. You and your "allies" annexed France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, the Benelux and many other once free countries. Humanity cannot tolerate this.

Additional Orders
Build radio and television stations along the Russian-German border and start broadcasting orders on how to create small bombs and anti-personal traps as well as stirring speeches to encourage the oppressed people to rise up against the German invaders.
