Chinese troops have easly taken most of Japan, do to the fact that the Japanese have almost no standing army as a result of the treaty they signed ending WWII.
The nation of Japan will soon will be freen from influnence from the capital west and the workers of Japan will be free under our rule. The new Chinese fleet is moving in to guard against a sea invasion by US forces, which include 2 super carriers.

TO UN:
We vote Yay, and condemn German for voting no as a wish mankind end in nuclear war.

To Germany:
We warned you for years to disarm and comply with the treaty you signed, you did not and we were forced to act.

Your population is always welcome in our country. Let us help anyone who wishes to escape the communist agressors.

(OOC: If Tacticus doesn't agree to this, just ignore it, I assumed that, considering the possible nuclear war about to erupt and the Commnist advances, their would be lots of civilians wanting to leave the country, but if I erred, I apologize.

Indian transports and escorts have moved to the coast of Germany, where they are fairying any German civilians who choose to leave into India, Britain and France(I'm assuming their governments would support this) and other neutral presently neutral countries.

To Warsaw nations:

These transports are entirely composed of civilians who you have no right to subjugate or oppress. They are leaving Germany of their own free will. Any attempt to stop these transports will an act of war.

To Germany: We never asked you to become a communist nation, however we do ask you become part of the Warsaw U.N. voting block, our bullets stop when we recieve a reply. At this time, we are not advancing though.

To China: No, you asked us to give up ability to defend ourselves to pander to your paranpia. We have asked you, time and time again, to produce the treaty we signed preventing us from doing so, and you didn't, because no such treaty exists.

And our vote against the resolution on nuclear war was made because we are currently under invasion by an enemy which has proven it will stop at nothing and one which we cannot stop. If they don't stop, we will nuke, and we will be right.

To India: If we are forced into the use of nukes, we will welcome a safe refuge for our people. We accept your offer, although we hope the use of nukes can be avoided.

To Poland: We have given our answer. We are prepared to quit NATO, and become a neutral nation, and if we consider your position on an issue to be right, we will vote with you, but we will not fight your wars for you.

Japan is now being supported by Indian forces. Supplies and troops are being shipped to Japanese positions. Indian froces will not attack any Canadians or Chinese, but if attacked will defend themselves.

The remainder of Japan will not be easy for you to conquer. Even without much, their are many places (on and off the home islands) where just a small dedicated force can hold out for a very long time.

We will agree to this only if you agree to not expand your military in any branch past medium, and disarm your nukes to few or less. Poland will participate in the disarmament of nukes as well.

If Yes: The Polish invasion has moved southward into italy, occupying the non-communist northern sectors.
Polish naval forces leave the German ports and head east, aiding Canada by bombarding American seaports along the east coast.

If no: please compromise Germany

To Poland: We consider such restrictions on our miltiary unnacceptable, though we can understand your security concerns. We hope that you can understand ours.

Now, we would be prepared to sign a deal under which we place a limit on our troop concentrations near the border of any Warsaw Pact nation, so long as you recipocrate. If anyone violates the agreement, the deal is off - but we would hope that no-one would violate it.

As to the issue of nuclear weapons - you have them, why can't we? They are an invaluable addition to our national security, and would be doubly so if we quit NATO.

So, the deal we propose is:

1) You withdraw all your troops from our territory.

2) We require all other foreign troops to leave as well.

3) We quit NATO, and pledge not to join it again without your approval.

4) We agree to limit our miltiary deployments along your borders, and you place the same limits on deployements near our borders.

5) We pledge not to start a war with any signatory to the Warsaw Pact or NATO.

we will sign if you lessen your nuclear arsenal with us, we wll both downgrade to few nukes in a mutual program, Poland never intended for Germany to totaly give up it's clout, however we ask that you do not exceed the Polish military in size. If so, we are agreed.

We are willing to limit our nuclear capacity to Medium, and for you to do the same; remember, you have the USSR and it's nukes to protect you, but we have no-one.

And we are willing to agree not to build a miltiary larger than your, but only if you are willing to make the same pledge. Any expansion beyond this limit by either of us must be approved by both.

Agreed, then. We ask that you begin withdrawing from our territory as soon as is practical. We shall begin concetrating on a program of economic reconstruction, and will accept aid in this from whoever is willing to offer it.
