If you are interested I can post TSFE 1.2 rules and events files for the PBEM. Then you can use them from Winter 1940 on.
In rules the main change compared to the original version is that all infantry units are stronger. Other changes will appear mostly after 1942 and are connected with better balance between units strenghts/costs.
In events negotiations are allowed for all nations and nobody is forced to go to war with anybody. More events are added, like rebellion in Iraq in April 1941 (Axis gets some free cavalry and homeguard units there). I liked Henrik's text message for capture of Geneva and his idea of extracting money from Allies for each sank transport (After 1941 there is much better reason to sink these transports than money. ). So I added these to the events also.
I didn't add event which takes 100 gold from Axis for each sank submarine. If you all like it then I can add this also. But in my opinion it makes submarines too costly for Axis and better is to build destroyers instead.
So, if I get positive feedback from all of you then I will post the files. And you can load them up in November 1940.
