      Oops, forgot to mention that CivCity, a utility to which I'm addicted, chokes on long comments at the end of unit entries. Too bad, since that's a great place to list slot-specific properties, etc.

          It allows you to edit properties of cities you placed on the map (e.g. ownership, trade routes, city improvements and special properties).
          You can find it at Gothmog's place:
