ah the joy of skipping generations of technology. While we bought a laptop almost a year ago for POTM (1.8 ghz, I think) for our desktop we went straight from our 266Mhz dino to 3ghz (And the 3 ghz machine, about 5 months old, was plenty cheap) So EU3 should run just fine on it.
