Yes, the server is spotty right now, I think it's still under attack. Partly by the criminal, partly by 80,000 eager players wanting their fix. The Forum server is running fine, which suggests the game servers are the ones under attack.
As for war wins, they're not hard to get if you know how.
None, Sedentary, Roving, Restless, Raging ... damn, is that all? Where's the "massive waves of barbarians that can wipe out your civilisation" setting?Comment
