Must admit I expected 10 Nxc5. That looks like a strong night (controlling a lot of centre squares and near the upcoming action at my queenside) and it gives the bishop at c8 some breathing space. But if the Apolyton champ chooses the queen I guess it's a good move! At least the night at d7 will back up f6, right?

I won’t reveal you all my plans, but yes, I found some arguments favoring the queen move. What you said about the Knight is quite correct, though, I think.

                    After a good 15 year absence,I made a stunning return to.......THE DENTIST.

Needless to say,the news was not good.

1st procedure was an "open and drain natural tooth" in preparation for root canal.Eventually a crown will need to be installed.

Tylenol 3 is a prescription version of the popular pain killer and will play an intregal part in this ordeal.

                    drain-$95
                    root canal-est $500
                    crown-est-$900
$1500 cdn and thats only 1 tooth.

Extraction was MUCH cheaper but I am a chicken when it comes to losing body parts.

                      LOL!!! Wimp...

The dentist... The dentist... I have quite a record with the dentist...

I have great teeth, almost no holes... But when I was 14, me and my brother were at the local piscine... Very slippery floor in the men's room (plastic and lots of water)... My brother had a fotball (the Euro version), which he was about to kick in my face... I was running towards him and to protect myself I tried to turn my back at him...

Did I say the floor was slippery? It was like someone had tied ropes to my legs and two fotball teams (North American version) pulled one rope each at the same time... I didn't even get my hands up to protect me when I fell... My two front teeth in the upper jaw was what first hit the plastic floor... They took the whole impact... One was split in half, the other one came out in all its glory and lay there on the floor... Lots of blood...

And now, the gory part... Where the tooth that came out used to sit I had a hole... At the dentist's they wanted to put the original tooth back (I brought it with me, kept it under my tongue because I had read somewhere that its natural environment was the best place to store it. Wise kid, eh? )... Of course, they had to inject a pain killer... When the dentist injected the pain killer in the hole it felt like he was way up in my brain, as if the needle was going to pop out through the top of my head...

The tooth didn't survive (body defense didn't accept it and attacked, slowly disintegrating it), so nowdays I have a porcelain tooth instead... It is attached to its neighbours via metal bridges at the back of my teeth...

Want to get a glimpse of how it looks? Check out Moonraker...

BTW, Julius. May not post my next move until tomorrow... Lots of work coming up today... As you might suspect, I don't have time to post long messages at forums like Apolyton's...

I really don’t have much time to post. I hope all this tooth suffering will soon come to an end.
BTW, I'm not afraid of lions !
