The game is freeware, and is made for DOS. You have one tank for each player, and the goal is to kill the other tanks by finding the right angle and shooting power. This is however, affected by wind, that changes for each turn.

Wrong... Scorced Earth was only playable 4 players... though it might be a Scorced Earth clone... and the original Scorched Earth was earlier than Charr, and (as mentioned above) Charr was earlier than mid 90's...Originally posted by Nikolai
