What is the best tank?

So vote, vote, what is the best tank? Russian conception or US conception?

Or would you think bananas?

I would list T-95 and black eagle as different options, but There is high possiblity that one of them would be just prototype.

I would post my opinions later, because I'd like clear poll not influenced by detailed thought of armor technologies.

Both of them just prototypes, yet. And both are classified, so I don't see how anyone could know anything about those two tanks except speculations.

I believe the latest version of the Leopard II has the best performance of any tank in existance.

Though the Merkava IV might be a bit beyond it, I haven't seen any specs for it.
