Call me biased (but not racist) when I say that non-naturalized citizens of a "foreign" country should be scrutinized for their affiliation.
We live in a time when proactivity is replacing reactivity (which most of us are not used to) and I grudgingly support this. The terrorists that we are dealing with are just more likely to be Arabic (and/or Islamic) and racial profiling simply has a better chance of catching them.

Maybe you could answer what advantages are gained by indefinite detention without charges, without access to family, legal counsel, or an opportunity to demonstrate in court that the non-accused is not a flight risk?
