I mean with rifle in-hand (but maybe you knew that). I know there are a fairly high proportion of leftie-pacifists here so I wouldnt expect a majority of yes answers but I'm just wondering if its only me. If the US doesn't want anti-Saddam Iraqis taking up arms, why would they welcome anti-Saddam westerners?
If you want to help out the war (at least according to the Pentagon), stay out of Iraq if you want to go in armed..you will just complicate things.

i'd love to go, without a rifle of course and certainly not as a human shield. If I was a reporter or aid worker I'd jump at the chance.
I was recently considering joining the army aiming for an intelligence OS but I decided against it. I'd love to see a lot of these troubled places in the world but not as somebody carrying out a US military agenda.Comment
