That page only tells me about the guys I've picked, I need a page to see what positions unpicked players are eligible to play.

Okay, I found a page with the info.

Now I have another question, we get only 4 backups. How can I pick backups for 6 positions with only 4 open bench spots? I understand OF's can play any OF position, but that still leaves 5 infield positions needing bench players to cover in case of injuries. Can infielders play any position? If they can only play positions for which they are eligible, we need more players than the alotted 20. We need at least 6 bench spots, true? Otherwise we'll all have gaps on our teams as soon as someone gets injured.

I think the idea is that if there is a position that you cannot cover due to injury, you have to pick up a free agent to fill the position (and thus drop one of your bench players). Or you could make a trade with another team to fill the position.

I think Imran kept the bench small to encourage waiver/free agent/trade actions.
