I saw an article in the paper today that said Iraq was moving many of the missles the U.N. has ordered destroyed (I forgot what their called) right up against the Kuwaiti border. The idea being that Saddam could launch them at Kuwait and then retreat back to cities where they'll try to engage in urban warfare against the Americans.
Kuwait has been asking the U.S. to do something about the missiles so reportedly the U.S. has expanded their targets list for planes patroling the no fly zones. Instead of just AA, SAMs, & radar they will now fire at any offensively placed weapons that can fire at coalition countries (read Kuwait).
