Wouldn't it taste even better if it were made with coffee that actually tasted good?

      they taste good

there are better ones made (probably because the coffee used is better), but that does not stop them from making good ones

Starbucks mochas, etc. are crappy (relative to any decent coffee place). But it's so damn convenient since they've got that Barnes & Nobles deal going, so I get it far too often. Barnes & Nobles is the real draw for Starbucks.

What's the point of all that crap?

As Jon said, they taste good .

I don't go to Starbucks either because there is a really good mom & pop coffee shop/ bakery right down the street from me that has great coffee and tea. They also make old-fashioned Italian sodas.

Is there any good coffe in the US ? When I was in San Diego, I didn't drink any decent coffee in the two weeks I've spent there...
Edit : granted, I only tried starbucks. Is there a good chain of coffee-shops ?

Turkish coffee, now that's the ticket!

Is it more appropriately Greek because it sucks?

Why do you see in everything sexual innuendos?
Is there a disease for that name?

If you come to Austin, I can guarantee you that you won't find a better cup of coffee than at a place called "Texpresso" .

The only national coffee chain I know of is Starbucks...

Yep, I live right next to one myself. And go to school right next to a couple of them. Luckily there's vastly better coffee available in both areas.

Actually, I hadn't thought of any sexual connotation at all. So you're the pervert, obviously!

The nuances of English are such that if you're not careful with word order, you can say something you didn't mean. The way you phrased it could imply that it would be more appropriate to call it Greek because it is bad.
