I'm about 5' 6", and weigh 160 lbs. I've put on about 15-20 lbs since I've been with my current GF (5 years). Between her reminding me to eat and the onset of middle age I actually have a little gut now. Fortunately my weight has been pretty steady for a while now. I don't mind being this heavy, the vast majority of it is still muscle. I could probably shed 10 lbs of fat no problem though.

How much do you weigh?

yeah well I'm small. I am much more muscular than when I went in the navy though. I was 133 when I went in the service.
I expect to be at my optimum weight when I get to 140 to 145. My stomach will be flat and hopefully ripped. I am doing stomach excersizes. I'm not sure if I'm doing enough to get a six pack/ or washboard stomach. Plus I'm not sure I can do it with all the loose skin from being 40 pounds overweight. We shall see.
