            Other than the obvious deflationary deformity, there wouldn't be any problems. Helium is a noble gas--it doesn't chemically react with anything. So there's no danger of a health problem.

            Of course, if the implants used hydrogen instead of helium, there'd be the risk of them exploding like the Hindenberg. Oooooh, the human mammaries!!!
