                The 10 Amendment is legitimate.

                What I'm saying is that raising states' right issues in the past, whenever attempts towards racial equality was made seems like political guerilla tactics.
                A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

                    DinoDoc -- the purpose of this thread was to point out this political guerilla tactics.

                    Of course the 10th Amendment is legitimate. Of course using other legitimate forms of arguments for states' rights is fine.
                    A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.
