In other news, gasoline is flammable....

    ACK!
Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!

Well, after watching every single Cheech and Chong movie, I would agree.

Of course, trying to watch the movie Ricky-O on weed can REALLY make you depressed.

        The Sky is blue!?!

. . . Speer reports. How dare the sky be blue. Doesn't reality know that blue is the symbol of depression. How can people go on everyday with the sky taunting them with the color blue.

              From your source

"girls who used the drug everyday were five times more likely to become depressed and suffer from anxiety compared to those who did not use the drug."

Or perhaps people who are depressed tend to smoke more pot, or would that be too obvious?

No one ever said it was harmless. It's just considerably less dangerous than legal drugs like alcohol. Regardless, it's not the government's right to tell me what I can put into my body. It's my body, not theirs, not yours, not anyone else's.

It could be a mix of both. At least I would think, but what the hell do I know.

Or perhaps people who smoke pot realise the formalities and conventions of their pre-pot smoking life are meaningless because they smoke pot, and then get depressed. Better than turning round when you hit 80 and realising you wasted your life.

I never said drugs do no harm. I just don't think the government should protect people from themselves.

But at least we now know why you're depressed Al.

Find me a fun drug with no side-effects, first I'll call you a liar, then I'll imbibe vast quantities of it.

In what way am I harming you by smoking pot? (Or by drinking alcohol, since I'm more of a drinker than a smoker?) If you aren't harmed by my drug use, and if nobody else (except perhaps me) is harmed by my drug use, then why should you have a say in whether or not I do drugs?

X has very limited side-effects. You tend to over-heat, for which you can compensate with chill-room and plenty of fluids. Massive overuse can cause dendritic branching out of the side of your axions, which isn't good, so don't over use it. Other than that, it has no known side effects.
