If he wants people to see his films twice, he could put some effort into a half-decent script.

I could just about see how a 14-year old might want to watch the speeder race from episode 1 several times, if he didn't have enough bandwidth to accumulate more stimulating material.

But who in the name of St Merchandise could sit through the whole film twice?

If Hollywood was in danger of failing wouldn't we see a decline in the numbers of motion pictures produced?

Sometimes I will preview a movie at the theater if I'm planning to take the kids to see it but I'm not certain that it's suitable for them, so after taking them I'll have seen it twice. Also I often rent DVDs of movies that I've already seen.

Well this is why I have never justified a DVD player Seneca when I usually only see a film once, and if I do see it again, there is usually a significant gap between them. To buy a DVD would assume I would watch it over and over and over again when I really don't want to. This is why I wouldn't bother with DVDs until you can freely get writable ones to replace VHS and perform all it's jobs.
