Indeed -- by common consensus. But note how that's actually an irregularity:

    You aren't
    He isn't
    We aren't
    They aren't

"I" is the only pronoun, we've decided, that can't contract its form of "to be" with "not." You can see how "amn't" -- which became "ain't" -- would actually make sense.

reverse discrimination is valid as long as there are people around who hold the position that it ain't discrimination cause only the power group can discriminate ....capitalization and such obsolete things as . , ! and ? should be eliminated ...after all we have all seen them before

I can't believe no one else has mentioned how annoying EXTREME is. Everything is EXTREME. Now I'm gonna go eat my EXTREME cereal and later taking a **** on my EXTREME toilet. I hate that word.

I think your criticism is a little bit extreme Mike

"Best Thing Since Sliced Bread" needs to be purged immediately- Sliced Bread has to be one of the most awful examples of our consumer culture yet. "Hey, how about we take bread, and take away all the things that are appealing about it? You know, the cruncky, good-tasting crust, the moist, tasty inside, all the nutrition... Let's process it, bleach it, turn the crust damp and disgusting and the inside dry and tasteless!" "By Jove, what a brilliant idea!"

Based on your rant, just change "Best" to "Worst".

The word I want purged from the English language is Britain, British and all other derivatives (excluding maybe a parochial use to describe the geographical location "British Isles"). It confuses too many Americans.

Your confusing Sliced bread and factory bread (which I agreed is crap) , I for one was glad when the bakery got a bread slicer, you can get it thin, medium, and thick.

We still get whole loafs too (cheaper) , but it's a pain in the ass when the cut of the loaf gets out of whack, (like after a few brews you try cuttin' it straight )
