I'm inclined to think African countries myself. Zimbabwe, South Africa, those kind of countries.

blah. The "will of the people" is a concept almost as intangible as the concept "soul"

Must be those small countries in Europe:

Sweden, Denmark, Netherland, Luxemburg, Finland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Norway, etc...

Belgium is too corrupt, Ireland too theorcratical to qualify.

Throw in New Zealand and you have the list of the best governments in the world.

I know the list and I can assure y'all that Zimbabwe is not on it.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

grog want tank...Grog Want Tank... GROG WANT TANK!

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

BD got one right, and it can't be New Zealand. The next most logical choice would be Japan. I'm also going with Singapore, Australia, and Denmark.
