Tell em your Jewish, that stops them in their tracks
Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.

I think JW are not allowed to use the internet.
Thus even if one of us is a JW, he will not admit it.

Any argument based on "the bible says so" is a logical fallacy, but that's all you ever hear. Jesus says this, the bible says that.

They have another bible, ours is corupted
They guys / gals that ring your bell most of the time know only the most common answers to the most common questions. You can confuse them by asking more complex questions. They will be confused, go away, and next week a JW from a higher degree will ring your bell.

Because I am your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

(I'm supposed to be doing an essay on Hungary 1956 but I'm very bored )

we have a cute place in the city where I live where more people are saying the same, I'm sure you'll be very welcome there! There are nice people in white coats! It's cool, check it out!

BONUS: you will never ever have to finish your essay!
              Is that cool or what?

That reminds me that today 2 JW tried to address me by ringing the door bell. Well, of course I didn't open, but they seem to be regulars. When I'm at home, I usually open the door and take their damn leaflets (usually just Watch Tower), but occasionally even read partially those publications as they're so hilarious with that brainwashing propaganda. Anyway; I'm not a Jehovah's witness, but one of my second cousins is, so I know that not all of them are complete psychos. So far I haven't noticed any difference when it comes to her.

There was one of their halls in my old home town, on a sharp bend at the foot of a steep hill. Any driver with brake failure would have entered it at about 50 mph. No sane person would have put a building there at all. I guess they thought they were under God's protection.

I haven't checked lately to see if it's still there.

Wow! But I could never live amongst so many imposters. After all I did die for their sins.

What I dislike the most about JW is that they wish everyone else dead so they can possess the entire Earth.

If you love them that much, that you even die for their sins, I'm sure you would be happy to go down to their place and live among them. A true Jesus would really do that.

They accept that people will die. They don't wish for it to happen, and many put in quite a few volunteer hours to warn people.

I studied with them for a while. I could help you with matters of doctrine and history. However, I never joined.

They are warned, and you could even call it discouraged, but not forbidden.

They have the same Bible, and have made a translation that they feel better reflects the doctrine of the original texts. They use many translations besides their own.

Often, more experience and knowledge will mean a "higher degree", but not always. The will bring/send someone more knowledgable and experienced, if they feel the questioning is sincere as opposed to hostile.
