I have found data on US arms sales around the world.
Here's for the year 2000:

The biggest clients are of course Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Egypt, Turkey, Malaysia, Greece and other usual suspects. Finland got a 500mil$ delivery that year, I don't know what this is...
