The only people I cross the road to avoid are piss-stinking derelicts who are waving a can of Special Brew and making incoherent threats to trees.

In my neck of the woods they appear to be 100% white. Or slightly yellowish, depending on how close to failure their livers are.

Paiktis seems to base his diagnosis of 'caucasian psychosis' on peoples sense of belonging to an ethnic group, on being proud of their roots.

But this is not just a caucasian thing. Korean people here in SK obsess over famous ancestors and family trees and proving they are absolutely and 100% Korean far more than the more mongrelized and cosmopolitan 'whites' of north america.

So is there an Asian Psychosis? Or an African Psychosis for africans who do the same thing?

YES! Only, 'psychosis' is just a derogatory word. What you really mean is 'culture'.

'Racial' groups do not exist except as mental-cultural phenomena.

I think you're really trying to say that:
      A) White culture still exists B) It is inherently racist

I don't think that the 'White Race' as a culture or idea has existed in most mainstream, cosmopolitan North Americans for a generation, as a way of self-identification, as an 'My-tribe' group. That culture is now gone or marginalized.
Most North Americans define their culture more subtly than that nowadays.

Unfortunately, there are still some remnants of the idea of the White Race or culture. And, equally unfortunately, many Black Americans still primarily identify themselves as part of 'Black Culture', instead of undergoing the beneficial cultural splintering and disintegration that the old White Culture or "race" has.

Race has nothing to do with whether I would cross the street. If they look like a thug... and the situation doesn't feel right... I'm out of there. A white guy... Asian guy... Black guy... it depends on how they are dressed, and how I perceive their attitude/actions. A guy in a suit is less likely to mug you, no matter what race they are

I avoid almost everyone, humans are not to be trusted. In situations I must meet people while crossing the street I look into the ground and rush.

MRT144, are you slovenian or is this flag another random one? I wish people stop doing that

about black people there are not many here, so nobody avoids them. on the contrary I think they get quite a few stares because they are uncommon

I cross the street to avoid white people. Almost all serial killers are white people. In order to protect myself from being a serial killer victim, I try to hide from white people, especially the nice quiet ones. "It's called situational awareness, and it helps to ensure safety."

When I'm alone at night I always avoid groups of Moroccans because I'm afraid of them and drunk Dutch "tourists" because they annoy me.

I will keep my distance from anyone when I'm walking through my area late at night, but race isn't a factor.

I was rather disturbed when my girlfriend once sent me a text message saying that there were some black guys hanging around near where the car she was in was parked, however.

I'm more scared of Millwall fans than black guys.
