Where's that U.N. resolution seeking the return of all the gold and silver Spain looted from the Americas during the 1500s and 1600s?

Where's that U.N. resolution forbading the introduction of non-related material into threads discussing Iraq, sanctions and inspectors?

One of the UN's conditions on allowing Israel to join the UN was the allowal of the right of return to the Palestinian refugees back in 1948 or 1949. Israel agreed and was allowed to join the UN. The UN should force Israel to live up to it's agreements, should it not?

BTW, Israel did offer this in 49, they were turned down by many, but you already know that.

The specific UN resolution demanding the return of the Palestinians, BTW, is 1948 UN resolution 194, chapter 11. It's not a security council resolution, however, so that's your out. But in 1948, the UN wasn't controlled by the 3rd World, so you can't use that to bash it over the with either. In fact, the Arab countries voted against Resolution 194 because it recognized Israel's right to exist.
