Yeah DetroitDave... The Lions are about as bad as a team as you can get. And the Coaching just makes them even worse, if that's possible

But I just love poking fun at other teams that are tied with you in the standings

Just remember Ming, the Patriots were 0-2 last year .

Oh... and I do remember that. The Steelers have basically played two of their toughest games of the year now. The rest of their schedule is a cake walk... especially since they get to play a bunch of games in probably the weakest division that the NFL has seen in years.

And the Vikings are also a better team. I don't expect them to continue lossing... too much talent on that team. But you have to wonder about their ability to win the "close" games. So far, they have failed that test big time.

While they may have the same record as the Lions... and enjoy the same lowly position in the standings...

The Lions really do suck big time this year... there is no hope in Mudville...

Cakewalk? Are you telling me the Bengals won't put up a fight ?

The Steelers will end up in the playoffs. I think they'll outlast the Browns in that division.

As for the Vikings, I don't think they'll make it. Too much talent in that division. I think the team in 2nd in that division wins a WC spot, as well as the #2 team in the NFC South.

The Panthers have really surprised me this year. Granted, anybody can beat Detroit

The Panthers KILLED me last year in the pools... I kept thinking that they were a better team, and they kept LOSSING. It's going to take a while to get over the many times they screwed me last year

Good luck on your season... may our teams meet in the Super Bowl

                Oops, too early. =)

                Who are you pulling for?

Anyway, if you look at the Panther's stats, they really did not lose any game by any large difference, and they almost won so many games against so many top franchises. I think we were 0-9 for games decided by 8 points....which sucks, but still! I didn't watch the Panthers much last season, but everytime I did, we were very close to winning.

Dunno where we're gonna go, but things are looking pretty bright!

I look forward to the Panthers going 2-14

I'd love to participate in this thread and talk up my Dolphins, but I'm still in mourning over Nebraska's embarassing loss yesterday. I did predict it, but that doesn't make the ass raping we took any more palatable. We got beat by a Big Ten team, for god's sake...

It's gonna be the Pats and the Panthers to the SuperBowl, is my bet.

No kidding... I was also one of those "no respect for the Pats" people last year. Not anymore. They've looked great in both games, and I'm not sure there is a better team in the AFC this year.

My daugher is picking her Fantasy Team tommorrow on Yahoo... I showed her the top 5 quarterbacks as ranked by the preseason mags... and her response was...

To heck with those lossing bozos... I want Brady.

At least it proves she is paying attention this year

Carolina (UNC) took a whalloping too, Drake, that simply shouldn't have happened. =(
