Jordan: Moderate by Arab standards. AFAIK no CIA involvement
Morocco: Appears to be relatively stable and westernized, so why do they have radicals?
Kuwait: Pro-reform bloc is about 40 percent of parliament, but can't push through reforms in spite of US support
Egypt: pro-democracy groups suppressed in recent years in spite of US objections
