    You're probably right.

All that humidity probably dampens my effect.

Not suicide, but accidental death in general, the effects of which dwarf those of war.
      I refute it thus!

People need to get over it and rebuild the things. Bigger and better. Some people have dubbed it the "End of the skyscraper era in the US". Which is utter BS amd would be a self inflicted shame. Manhatten and here in chicago alone has more skyscrapers and there the best in the world. We must rebuild them.

Kaulumpoor towers are great. But the only thing that makes them the "tallest" is the observation needle on the very top.

          We must go HIGHER :doitnow:

Besides so much office space has to be replaced..think about it.

            I say,

            Kill the Malayans

            And steal their towers.

I tend to agree with the stance that we must rebuild the site, bigger, bolder, and more bad-ass if you will. To the terrorists who brought the towers down, they stood as an impossing symbol of American economic might. If we build some g*dd*mned wussy little Mom-And-Pop Store business block and some weepy-wierd Megolithic memorial taking up half the site, then the terrorists have SUCCESSFULLY made their point; have succeeded in their objective/mission on that awful day. They will have won that battle. USA-0...Terrorists-1

I think in 15 years when the new WTC towers are up. The WoT against al-queda will be long over.

The reason why the WTC and pentagon were targeted anyway was because they were indeed symbols of american economic and military dominance over the world.

If there goal was to see us crippled in both departments. They failed miserably.

Yeah, 'cause the Earth will be in smoldering ruins by then.

I doubt they were stupid in choosing the WTC as their economic target, at least as far as "strategery" goes. They probably knew they wouldn't cripple the US economy per ce, just trip it up a good bit. Their real intention, I think, was most likely JUST to show us they could hurt us BADLY by striking where we've never been struck before by a foreign force: Civilian Mainland USA. Just to show they could do it.

Beautiful? They where BIG sure, but big uninspired rectangular BOXES for God's sake! They were at not point aesthetically pleasing. I've blown better looking designs into a kleenex. Of course, then again, I'm not much into the whole 'organic architectural design' stuff either...

The Empire State building is beautiful.

With all that granite, a jetliner probably wouldn't knock it over, either.

                              The WTC was uglee!
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
