Yeah, good point - I got to go to community college instead of my last two years of high school, so I transferred in 30 credits to UT, including all of my intro history, government, and english, as well as some other stuff. I'm a Government major right now, but I'm considering turning it into a Government/History double major, or possibly Criminal Justice.
Actually that class is within the Linguistics department, and I have to have 3 hours of Linguistics, so....and I had the first class today, it's gonna be pretty damn cool (not to mention the two hottest girls in the class sat by me today
).
It worked out nice, because I also have to have 3 hours of Anthropology, but my American Public Policy class is for some odd reason in the Anthropology department

Ya, part of the reason I can go in with such a pushover schedule is because I came in with an assload. of credit. I started with 9 Political Science Credits,(which I will probably eventually major in), 4 math credits(tested good on the Calc entrance exam), and 15 history credits. It also makes sense to take a really easy sched 1st semester because I need to pad my GPA now since if it ever falls under 3.0 I will lose my scholarship.
DF: My course is an honors course, and most people in it are upperclassmen, I am one of only 3 freshman in it. It does seem like we have a similar class, mabye we can help each other out with stuff come exam time..."I'm moving to the Left" - Lancer
