We already know Saddam has chemical agents; we knew it ten years ago. Why was this tape released? To show Americans that Saddam kills cute little dogs. If you think about it, even that dosen't make much sense except on an emotional level. We have Sarin gas. How do we know it works? Animal testing, of course.

As Q Cubed mentioned, it wasn't Saddam's tapes that they got. It's OBL's and Al Qaida's tapes. Saddam has a country. He's got chemical weapons and nukes and who knows what else. We've known this.

Al Qaida is NOT a country, it's an orginization. Until now, we DIDN'T know that they had chemical weapons capabilities.

Nobody on the news that I watched was making a big deal about them killing dogs, other than "if your a young person or easily disturbed, than don't watch." The big deal is, that OBL and co. has chemical weapons.

After the attack in a Japanese subway, it isn't that big of a jump to assume that a religious terrorist group has or at the very least is trying to get access to chemical weapons.
