      It's too dark to see details, but looks like a load of gravestones. PRobably entitled "The death of ..." something or other. Capitalism perhaps ? Or maybe a reference to war itself ?

      Better yet, "The end of public funding of daft arty farty projects".

        Ugh yeah, on a second look they could be submarines, well some of them anyway.

        Maybe they are just, what they are, and folk get a kick out of getting others to say what it is they see in them. That'd be typical.
