Asher, does this mean you are an actual intellect?
How smart is a guy who lives with his parents when he's in college?
Even a moron knows that only a ***** would do that!

PS...I imagine there are still a few 2dr Rav's around, or have they all blinked out of existence?

Well, considering that I'm paying for my college (what a snot nosed brat!), and that residence costs more than tuition itself, does it make much sense for me to move out? I live about 15 minutes from campus, only need to take 1 bus to get to campus, and save thousands of dollars a year doing so.

What smart guy WOULDN'T do that?

And I love your repeated attempts to avoid the issue that you're totally clueless and trying to mislead me about the modern Highlander.

Hahaha! Very nice, I knew you would try to pull this.

We're talking about buying new cars, Sneak, not used cars.

You can get 2 door Rav4s in the States too, by your logic.

I paid for my own schooling as well, but I didn't live under mama's skirt while I did it.
I moved away, set down my mouse and actually met people and learned to live independently, which is probably why I am a man and you are a two year old trapped in a man's body.
Look at how insipid your behavior is, Asher...you need to grow up.
As for your Highlander harangue, the problem will still exist if not monitored...I don't see where the confusion is there? I have not stated otherwise...there is a problem. If it is not taken care of, it can ruin the car. Does that mean there isn't a problem?

That's great for you, but it doesn't make sense for me to move away and go to school. I can't afford it.

Please don't try to use yourself as a success story in the future, either.

Look at how insipid your behavior is, Asher...you need to grow up.
Please, Sneak, I just don't have much of a tolerance of bull****. You're always full of it, which is why we never get along. Others seem to not notice or look past it, and that's their problem, not mine.

That's right, there isn't a problem. Just like most things in life, if you do things as directed it should work. If you do things not as directed and they don't work, there's not a problem with the design of the device or product.

Most cars rust if you never clean them and leave them sitting outside all day, most paint fades as well -- is this a "problem"?

While I have apsolutely no knowledge about the car question at hand, I think you are being very rude Sneak. I don't think there's anything wrong with living with your parents while you finish school, if it happens to suit your situation.

My father has always made it clear to me that if I ever needed he'd be there for me, just like his parents were for him after my mother left him and he had to move back home for awhile with two kids. If you're going to criticize Asher for living at home while going to school, then you had better be prepared to discount anyone who has had a similiar experience. Are you?

                  How do you like yours?
I haven't seen the pewter. I saw the model with the wooden steering wheel, the leather seats and the crome gas cap. Niiiiice.

It is small. I noticed that I don't so much get into it as put it on. Like any tiny car, it's ride is a little rough, but there's nothing like throwing back the top on a sunny day and driving along with the wind in my hair (...or what's left of it).

Ha ha ha....yeah...ok, Asher. That's why you have so many people always leaping to your defense. You're so beloved. Everyone is in awe of your ability to use search engines and pass yourself off as an expert on everything. I know I am.
As for being full of bull****, sorry--I've got the courage of my convictions and enough real life experience to know that you win some and you lose some...I'm certainly not always right, but I don't recall ever hearing you say the same thing.
You have a congenital inability to laugh at yourself or to be wrong...very dangerous and stunting traits for a young person.

As far as being a success story, I perceive that in your world money makes one successful, which is probably why you can't seem to leave the nest...too much comfort and you know you can't make it on your own devices. I'm degreed, employed, healthy, a parent, have lots of friends, stable in my sexuality, liked by my peers--I'm a self-made man--contrasted with you, I'm more successful by miles.

Tell us about your successes, Asher.

Oh, no...I'm just picking on Asher because he always brags about how much money his parents have. I find it very tacky...I went to school with a lot of rich kids and they can't get by without that support...it's very sad, really. Plus, I just don't like him very much.

Why don't you just chuck that trip and trade yours in for the Special Edition?
I must say that I usually sell those cars to very affluent men who are buying it for themselves or their boyfriends. But the demographic may be different here.

I'm not an expert, but I do know when someone's trying to pull a fast one on me. It's harder to do that **** now that people have fast and easy access to the internet, Sneak, I'm sure you find it very difficult.

As for being full of bull****, sorry--I've got the courage of my convictions and enough real life experience to know that you win some and you lose some...I'm certainly not always right, but I don't recall ever hearing you say the same thing.
I'm not always right either, and I have said that before on Poly believe it or not.

You have a congenital inability to laugh at yourself or to be wrong...very dangerous and stunting traits for a young person.
I do have the ability to laugh at myself all the time. Sometimes I'm more in the mood for it than others.

I don't like being wrong, but sometimes I am. Fortunately in this case, I'm not. Which is why you're so gracefully avoiding the issue now and going back to the "I'm older than you so you'd better listen up you whipper-snapper" approach.

As far as being a success story, I perceive that in your world money makes one successful, which is probably why you can't seem to leave the nest...too much comfort and you know you can't make it on your own devices.
I'm not "leaving the nest" because it makes FAR more sense to stay than to leave right now. I'd end up farther away from campus if I moved, I'd end up paying twice my tuition in residence ALONE. There is no logic in that, Sneak.

I'm degreed, employed, healthy, a parent, have lots of friends, stable in my sexuality, liked by my peers--I'm a self-made man--contrasted with you, I'm more successful by miles.

Tell us about your successes, Asher.
Sure. I'm maintaining a stunning GPA in a field that actually will get me a real job, I'm employed, healthy, stable in my sexuality, liked by my peers, and have more than a little bit of common sense.

You may be successful by your standards, but you certainly aren't by mine. I'd hope someone your age with a degree would find a better job and a better environment for your child by the time they're your age, particularly since you supposedly have a degree (is it in something trivial like Women's Studies?).

Hell, you and your wife got married at a quickie marriage joint in Vegas, well after your first child was born.

I guess people have wildly different definitions of success around here.

tandee why is Sneak being rude, but Asher, telling Sneak that he can't even do his job right (when he is no where NEAR the business), isn't?

Imran, he obviously CAN'T do his job right when an 18 year old kid from Canada is proving him wrong on a number of counts in the very field he specializes in.

It is somewhat rude, but it's reality, and I don't apologize for that.

See, that just proves my point about you not having a clue, Asher.
A "real" job is one that puts food on the table. Also, according to your standards (wealth and social class) I'm doing ok as well...auto management makes 6 figures a year, easily.
As for my marriage, is there some sort of rule about when people get married? I guess I missed that one?
I love my wife, she loves me, we love our child. That's pretty bad, eh? What kind of environment do you think I live in? I've got a home...not big enough for you?

You just proved to everyone here what a spoiled little brat you are, Asher. Mission accomplished.
