Graphics cards double in power every 9 months or so, processors double in power every 18 months or so.

20fps at 640x480 is certainly not playable for a first person shooter like this, or most other 3D shooters. It may be fine in Morrowind, but this is a completely different style of game.Originally posted by Imran Siddiqui
