Great, then I'll use Greater Restoration on Imran (I think that fully restores his hit points as well) and Lesser Restoration on the other two.

I get three Heals and as many Cure Wounds spells as I'd get as a cleric. I'm not sure what the current HP standings are, so go ahead and apply them as you see fit. (Use the Cure Wounds spells in lieu of Heals if I've got enough Cure Wounds spells to heal everybody). I regenerate naturally, so I won't need any healing.

The corridor is made of the same rock as all the other walls (granite). Secret doors are unlikely. There are torches every 20 feet.

So far as you can tell, it extends 300 feet, then turns to the right and downward.
