that it gives no time table for the withdrawl of Israel from a good chunk of Palestine. On top of that, it leaves most of the settlements intact. Basically, this is like Versailles.
1) The time table for the Israeli withdrawal was 2 years.
2) The bit about the settlements is pure word play. The real matter is that large settlements are absorbed into Israel, and the rest are either disbanded or absorbed into Palestine. As of that phase, they will no longer be settlements.
It's more that Palestine will be broken up into many cantons
And where is the evidence for that? The Israeli roads? What's the problem with those? If there won't be any security incidents they would have been incorporated in Palestine.
that the water will still be under Israel's control, that all Jerusalem will still be part of Isreal (even with Palestinian authority over the holy places and the Arab quarter), that it ignores the status of the refugees,
1) The water is now still under Israel's control, and Israel does suply Palestine with water and even supplies water to South Lebanon, absolutely for free.
2) Jerusalem could have been split. The Palestinians would have had authority over the Arab and Armenian quarters and religious authority over the holy sites.
I remind you again, Israel allows anyone to pray at the holy sites. When it was under Arab rule, no such thing occured and Jews were barred from visiting the holy sites.
3) The refugee status isn't at all ignored. An international fund is set up to take care of them and their relocation to other countries. Several tens of thousands will be brought to Israel, in a family unification program.
Your whole claims are nothing but mindless propoganda.
