Attacking so fast? I guess "fast" is all relative, too.
I also guess after years of stuff like the Cole, Somalia, and on and on, followed by a few thousand civilians just trying to work at a job who get so blown apart the remains couldn't be located, we just rushed right out there to wage war on terrorists.

man: I would if i could! We should take your country next because you support terrorists. We shouldn't of saved your ass back in ww2. Our fathers died because of you and you don't even deserve it. You would all speak german now if it weren't for us.
me: Sorry about that. Though we weren't germans enemy..
man: So you're nazis too? I bet you're a communist too.
me: no i'm not. Actually we fought against communism in ww2 succesfully. I don't want to talk about this anymore.
man: Yeah, say what you want, this is a free country, and i can say what i want, because we have freedom of speach here, how does it feel?
me: good, i can't wait to go home.
(he even didn't get it that i was actually mocking him with that last one).
It didn't went 100% like this, but it was the same.

I should clear out that he was not shouting at me. He was not threatning me and was almost calm. He attacked me verbally, did not respect my wish not to talk about a certain subject. I think he was very arrogant. I guess i went little offtopic myself, i was just wondering is this majority represented here?

I don't see how he was being annoying, he just didn't want to talk politics to a complete stranger. (Which is usually a very good idea.)

slowhand, no.. he was not drunk. Tired obviously which could explain it. But he was so friendly at first, and did 180 so fast. And he had a need to mock me and the country i live in for some reason.

Osweld, And yes. I don't like to talk about politics with strangers in a foreign country. not that i would have shared a different opinion but i have regretted it many times.
