Depends on the kids and the country.No doubt, EU kids are better educated than this. At least I hope so.
Well, I know kids from Holland in general do know more about the world outside their own country than those in the US, and most dutch also speak more than one language. Though all this is hardly surprising, considering the difference in size between Holland and the USA, and considering the Dutch global entrepeneurship.
