    Alright, since it's not Mauritius and it's not Comoros... it's gotta be....

                              It's probably a country partially in the northern hemisphere, partially on asian mainland, partially islands.
                              Probably you even count every seacoast as a coast to the Indian Ocean because you can reach it from there...

                              Next guess: East Timor (which is only part of an island, so it's no island )
