    • Wrong, ransk. And Zealot, no.

        • 2nd quest, yes. It's capital, Asuncion, is a port on La Plata, hence it is not landlocked.

Equador would have been wrong in any event because it's both an Andean nation and on the Pacific.

          Your game, Zealot.

          • but paraguay is in the middle of the continent? what does "landlocked" mean anyway?

well doesn't matter, it's over now...
            here's your first question, Zealot:

Is it a predominantly Muslim country? (predominant: 50% or above)

            • Er... it's 5:18 AM around here and I should be working in a presentation I will be doing tomorrow afternoon, and I'll start working at 9:30 AM, so I better skip my turn.

I'll let ranskaldan play in my turn. Have fun!

                • wow, thanks

                  Alright i've got a country.
Remember: two free questions per person. beyond that, if you get a no, you're out.

                    Gulp. Switzerland is not landlocked.

                    So my two questions:
                    - direct access to the sea?
                    - "Old World" country? (= in Africa, Asia, Europe)
Why doing it the easy way if it is possible to do it complicated?

                    • Well, I'm still up, amazingly, at 2 in the morning.

Since I'll be sleeping and then in school for the next many hours, I hereby give this round to Adalbertus, since you were the first to get here. Feel free to do whatever you want.

                      • To kickstart this, I ask you the exact same two questions:

                        - along the seacoast?
                        - Old World country? (afr. as. or eur.)

                        • Hm. I'll have to go to work sometime. But well. Americans go to sleep right now, Europeans to work...

                          Go on, and ask.

Two free questions, with two "yes" you'll get another free "no".

I've not yet found a better set of rules, but perhaps someone of you has an idea to avoid:
                          - Asking "Any other counry than Finland" is the most effective question, because you collect loads of "yes" ...
                          - On a "normal" asking, those who participate early have worse chances, because they too likely collect their number of "no"s.
Why doing it the easy way if it is possible to do it complicated?
