The elder Bush was perhaps the smartest President we've ever had. And the current President is no slouch either. Of course the left doesn't care. The love to engage in character assasination.

Disablement means they can't carry out the office. Which should have been said for Wilson in his last year of administration.

Clinton was easily one of the smartest presidents in recent times. Jefferson was probably the single smartest leader of any country ever.

The current President is not a complete idiot, but he's never succeeded in anything he's tried to do on his own, which should tell you something. He certainly isn't intelligent enough to be President and is clearly overwhelmed in the job. He has no real policy of his own, which is why he keeps bouncing around on issues, as he listens first to one cabinet member, and then another.

But then again, we didn't elect him.

Electoral College, I suggest you read up on it . And the newspapers... say Bush won Florida.

I'm not saying he isn't. But the elder Bush is right up there with him.

Bush won Florida, and several other states, because of vote fraud.

Gore had plenty of fraud himself .

And didn't Gore do any Fraud? No bribing homeless voters with cigerattes. No illegaly keeping polls open later then they should be? No felons voting?

This was pretty predictable that as action wanes, so too would the poll numbers of Bush and the Republican Party. If we see renewed conflict(Such as an attack on Iraq), those numbers should probably go up.

                            Vote fraud?

Southern Florida is notorius for democratic vote fraud. They had to put the Miami mayor in jail for it. Y'all are the ones who control (and stuff) the ballot boxes there.

As we all know the definition of being smart as a president is to share Imrans ideas.

(somewhat seriously, I don't have anything to say about Bush Sr. but Jr. hardly seems to have all the eggs in the basket)

If you think the elder Bush was stupid, then you really have to put your partisanship at the door.

In terms of being qualified for the job, there is proabably no one in our history since the 1850s who was more qualified for the position.
