CRTC regulations dictate that we must have:
The Canadian Odd Couple.
It's East meets West when a good ol' Calgary boy shares an apartment with an urbanite Montrealer.
The story starts when the evil Liberal government creates a mandatory exchange program that forces Asher, a Calgarian, to share a place with Krazy Horse, a Montrealer.
You'll laugh as they spend endless hours arguing over whose hometown is the best.
"We've got bagels."
"We've got the Stampede."
"We've got the Habs."
"We've got the Flames."
And this is more than just a comedy. It's also a news program as Asher and Krazy Horse talk about the latest developments in the constitutional crisis.
"We're going to seperate."
"No, we're going to seperate."
And even though they come from two solitudes, they still find the bonds that link them together.
"Toronto sucks."
"Damn right, Toronto sucks."
It's Canadian comedy at its best. If you loved the Beachcombers and King of Kensington then you'll love The Canadian Odd Couple.
