  • Whats the coolest car you ever got to drive?

The best car I ever got to drive was my uncle's 1975 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. That thing has a 12 cylinder engine. Very powerful!

It looks very similar to this:

I actually got to drive a BMW several weeks ago.

A small and old one, but it was a BMW

Can you find a picture of a similar-looking one?

Do a search for a BMW lovers website.

Ford made a german side brand known as Merkur in the late 80's. My dad got a hold of one as a company car and let me have it for a week. Not much to look at (looked like an awkward American attempt at euro styling) But man, the one I had (Merkur Scorpio) absolutely FLEW. We hit about 130 mph going down I-75 and it felt like we were at cruising speed.

I dont know why ford discontinued em. Great cars.

well, Scorpio would nowadays go as a Ford car in Germany, they must have renamed that brand back t the original name or something like that... and a Ford Scorpio wouldn't be that rare, though I don't think they're still building it

For a brief while, I managed an auto restoration shop the worked exclusively on primo cars. The opportunity to drive them came up frequently.

My favorite drive. (I always loved Magnum P. I.)

Oh it was junk no doubt, but my first car, a Dodge Daytona was the coolest car I've ever driven. A poor mans Camaro all the way through, but it was a lot of fun, real low to the ground and easy to fold back seats if ya know what I mean

And man what a winter car. Drove in the great Ice Storm of 99 and many other huge snowstorms without slipping an inch. What a beast.
