                    Well, yeah. That's what it comes down to.

                    But the part about avoiding being the 51st state is a bit off for some regions of the country.

                        I believe Preston's Rule Book says minimum of five O's. The more the better, though.

                              'Eh' is more or less a regional accent for Eastern Canada. So is 'aboot' and terms like 'hoser'.
