              Giving into troll,
UK has more in common with america than with Europe. And mind you, the only thing you guys have given in London in 100 years are rockets and bombs. Just because hre on your continent, doesnt mean you have a "God Given right" to annex em'. I can see people like you 30 years from now, advocating armed force to "Speed up Unification"

              Ok but serouisly Mark,
You make at is if England should choose now, go with EU...no go with US. nono....go with both. In reality, you are ****in clueless dude. England doesnt give a **** for both us...only for England. It does what it wants, for its own peoples benefits.

Hell.....I think in the end, England should stay the **** out of european politics. And bolster its commonwealth as an Alternative. Instead of Giving away there wealth to brussels, they would be better served by hooking up with there Australian, Canadian, Indian, NZ friends and starting somthing on there own.

YEs and mind you, that piece of dirt once ruled 45% of the world. I think if they put there heads to it, they could do it again. (Just Minus the colonys of course)

Don't bet on it. Germany alone would crush them like bugs. We wouldn't even have time to mobilize our forces (the rest of the EU).

You know maybe they are right. Maybe the EU does NOT like them and thus their reaction.
Don't know about that. It needs looking into.

                              Its true.

But our glories are 10 times more recent than Greece's, and we're on the fashionable end of Europe. Unlike some nations I could mention, and one I already have.

A Greek is one to talk about this? Look at where England is and look at where Greece is. I think Churchill called it the soft underbelly of Europe.
