Well, the markings on the shroud are consistent with the details accounted in the Bible on the death of Christ.

As a matter of fact, I don't think there is any other burial cloth that has ever been found that is anything like this one.

You must know that the exact way in which Jesus Christ was killed brought him much more suffering than the way any other person in history has died. His death was the most horrifying of all deaths.

"And there will be strange events in the skies--signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And down here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. The courage of many people will falter because of the fearful fate they see coming upon the earth, because the stability of the very heavens will be broken up. Then everyone will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds with power and great glory. So when all these things begin to happen, stand straight and look up, for your salvation is near!" --Luke 21:25-28
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever. --1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

That is one rediculously balls-out claim to make.

If you want to know exactly what I'm talking about just watch The Passion of the Christ. That movie is closer to the realities surrounding the death of Christ than other movie made about the death of Christ that has ever been made. It WILL SHOCK you!

Not quite. Certainly it was one of the most horrible.
But it's not about that. It's about that some people die horrible way for their -true or not- crimes. Some people die a horrible death without a reason...
But Jesus was crucificed by people for preaching love.
Not for something bad, not for something wrong, but for something obviously good.

Lorizael; this shroud is important, because it is an evidence for parts of the Bible and Christian tradition, and because it's supernatural cloth, which is a miracle for us all to see.

Alright, then what could possibly cause more suffering?

Oh, fine, whatever. Why does this matter?

His death was the most horrifying of all deaths.

                      Hmm. Nah.

I'd prefer crucifixion over say burning at the stake or drawing and quartering tbh.
