Finally, a photograph from the Avant-Guarde 1920's. This was such an amazing period in Russian culture. You should see the inventive street art and parades that they introduced.

It still seems strange to me that it would be a National Socialist poster speaking against that particular form of American influence, but I trust your call on it based on the sources you got it from. Sorry for the mix-up.Originally posted by Gangerolf
I'm not so sure it's post WWII. It's from 1944 if we are to believe the site where I found the Dutch version I posted earlier in this thread:
The ' Liberators ' will save European culture from its downfall. German poster for Holland 1944, Leest Storm. Another version of the World War Two Propaganda Poster Kultur Terror.
I've also seen the little guy with the big ears on other WW2 propaganda posters. Like this clearly anti-communist one from German occupied Norway. "The joys of summer".
DanS' suggestion might have been one option, but I'm sure there were others:Originally posted by

What did the propaganda artists go on to after the wars and movements were over?

Orange is a UK telecom companyExult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.
