Might be Norwegian instead. Upon further study, it seems the text beside the sign says "Med hvilken rett?", rett instead of ret points to Norway.

It's certainly post WWII, if I'm not mistaken the creature's lower left leg is supposed to be an atomic bomb.

I was already wondering why would a pro-Nazi poster have an evil guy with Nazi weapons in his both hands.

Thanks for fixing the errors, Winston.

What did the propaganda artists go on to after the wars and movements were over?

            Toilet paper and tampon commercials.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

I'm not so sure it's post WWII. It's from 1944 if we are to believe the site where I found the Dutch version I posted earlier in this thread:

The ' Liberators ' will save European culture from its downfall. German poster for Holland 1944, Leest Storm. Another version of the World War Two Propaganda Poster Kultur Terror.

I've also seen the little guy with the big ears on other WW2 propaganda posters. Like this clearly anti-communist one from German occupied Norway. "The joys of summer".

Let's not forget the good old Rymy-Eetu (In case it isn't clear, he's beating up Stalin, Molotov and a bust of Lenin)
