            Apparently, I'm a small gov't free trade socialist.

            I do think it's unfair to shift me to the left for saying that industry needs the state. Is it really a socialist position to hold that companies need the state to protect their property rights?

                  I agree, that's what probably shifted me towards 'government intervention' as well.
