You don't have any room to talk about Ned like that Krazy. Ned doesn't find the need to punt like that. He stands up to his words.

What a weak punt. You suck. Respond to my post or admit that you suck.

      I "suck"?

Kid, you are the cutest thing ever.

      a) which post should I respond to? The original unintelligible one or the followup unintelligible one?

      b) Assuming it's the first, please answer the following question: is my characterisation of your post correct?

Let me get this straight: you believe that increased prices worldwide will allow 3rd world farmers to export more food, increasing their income to the point that the increase in the food that they import will outpace the increase in food that they export

I honestly am not certain given how badly the first one was written.

Locked in your little world, with all individual pieces of the puzzle at your disposal and yet utterly uncomprehending when somebody explains to you that two innies can't fit together...

The fact is, if it is more profitable to sell your food abroad, you aren't going to sell it in your home market, if you can help it.
I'd grow more food so I get a piece of the action in both markets.

If and when the price falls it's going to be because of some other factor. A decrease in supply does not create a lower price. It creates a higher price. It's the Law of Supply. For some reason I can not get through to people about this.
Prices fall because of supply, if you have too much supply for the demand, prices come down. But unless the over supply and resulting price drop scares all the people who increased production to take advantage of the higher prices out of maintaining production levels above the level before the price hike, you'll end up with more production.

If you knew anything about economics it wouldn't be hard. You don't know **** though. I can't be blamed for that.

All it takes is a one word answer from you and you get a slightly longer response than my original "no", Kid.

And the problem isn't that I don't understand economics, but rather that you understand neither economics nor the english language.

Right, but we're talking about a decrease in supply, not an increase.

I see. And why don't you tell me exactly what is so incomprehensible about my post? Then I'll fix it. Otherwise I will have to assume that you are just not capable of understanding the subject matter. Hell, I already know that. Why don't you just tell me what is wrong with my post?

I don't need you to fix it. All I need to know is if I'm going to argue against the point I think you were trying to make.

Was my restatement of your post in keeping with your original intention or not?

                    • Is it multiple clauses? Can you not handle multple clauses? How about if I put some periods in there? How many periods should I put in?

                      • Given that I managed to restate your 2 sentence argument in one sentence, I doubt it's my ability to handle longer than average sentences which is at fault here.

No. I didn't think so. That was just a cheap trick wasn't it.

No. I did not ask if you meant that the producers In the third world would consume imports. That's why I asked if you meant that they consumed more of the food that they themselves produced.
